Webinar – Taking A Read On 2015

This webinar is our fourth annual ‘Book Review’ as we close out the year.

In December’s webinar Peter and Mark share the microphone in a collaborative conversation. We both love to read, and we love to share what we’ve read with you. In this webinar, we will be discussing the best (mostly) business books we have each read this year. These may live between the covers of our normal themes of project management, change management and decision making – and they may open up whole new chapters of discussion as well. Peter and Mark have each chosen three books that we have read and loved (or at least found really thought provoking) in 2015. Some are new, and some we have re-read (because they were that good). To us, they are the books that are most worthy of buying and reading, and so we want to share them with you.

What makes a book awesome and beloved is different for each of us. Books are subjective. Our appreciation of them depends upon where we are, what we are looking for and what we serendipitously delight over when we read. For each book on this year’s list, we will explore why we chose it in the first place, why we thought it was important and what we most got out of it. (We will also—in the interest of full disclosure—what we still thought was missing). Most importantly, we’ll tell you why we think you should take the time to read it.

Join Peter de Jager and Mark Mullaly as they explore their favourite books of 2015. The ones we loved just might become your most beloved tomes as well. At the very least, we’ll provide you with what should be a welcome distraction from annual reviews, ugly sweaters and year-end ennui.

As always, spread the word to those who might be interested in this webinar. You’re welcome to point entire associations, companies and small countries to these links. You would be doing us a favour if you did pass this note around a little bit.

This webinar series is a de Jager & Co and Interthink Consulting production.
