This is our fifth annual ‘Book Review’ webinar as we close out (open up?) the year.
Peter and Mark are both presenting. As before, we will take a read on the year that has passed, discussing the best business books we have each read this year. These may live between the covers of our normal themes of project management, change management and decision making – and they may open up whole new chapters of discussion as well. Peter and Mark have each chosen three books that we have read and loved (or at least found really thought provoking) in 2016. Some are new, and some we have re-read (because they were that good). To us, they are the books that are most worthy of buying and reading, and so we want to share them with you.
Time is scarce. There are more books published each year than anyone has time to read, even for those of us who work really, really hard at it. We try to make the task of choosing what to read next a little easier by pointing you in the direction of those books we think are most deserving of your time and attention. For each book , we will explore why we chose it in the first place, why we thought it was important, what we most got out of it (and—in the interest of full disclosure—what we still thought was missing). Most importantly, we’ll tell you why we think you should take the time to read it.
Join Peter de Jager and Mark Mullaly as they explore their favourite books of 2016. The ones we loved just might become your favourite books, as well.
As always, spread the word to those who might be interested in this webinar. You’re welcome to point entire associations, companies and small countries to these links. You would be doing us a favour if you did pass this not
This webinar series is a de Jager & Co Limited (www.technobility.com) and Interthink Consulting (www.interthink.ca) production.
