We talk about organizational culture a lot. We recognize that there are ways of working that are unique to individual organizations. That we need to learn those ways, and to understand “how things are done here.” We learn—sometimes the hard way—that we need to respect culture as we manage change.
But what, exactly, is culture? How can we get our heads around it and understand how it functions? What do we need to know and understand to first navigate it, and then to influence it? And how to we make sense of its many complexities and nuances?
In this webinar, Mark Mullaly takes a dive into the world of organizational culture. He explores how culture can be thought of as the “operating system” for organizations, and what we need to think about and understand about how to navigate within that operating system. Perhaps most importantly, he explores what happens when the operating system needs an upgrade, as the culture evolves and changes.
