Next Webinar: Lessons (Almost) Learned

21 November 2022

Peter’s career started back in the dark ages before personal computers. For a decade, he worked in the confines of the corporate cubicle. In 1993, he turned down a CIO position and decided to strike out on his own as a professional speaker, writer and consultant. He’s currently winding down his career. While still accepting speaking engagements, he is no longer striving for greater heights.

With only two Technobility Webinars presentations remaining in his schedule, Mark suggested that his swan song should be about what (if anything) he’s learned along the way. While he will readily admit this wasn’t his first thought for a closing topic, it is a challenging close—and therefore worth an exploration.

From the presence of luck in everything we do to the need to embrace risk. Why being an introvert sometimes poses problems, and yet is often a superpower. How learning is self work, and reaching out elevates you. Why failing is the secret to growth—both personal and professional.

During Peter’s career, he has testified to the US Senate, spoken at the World Economic Forum in Davos, been profiled by the New York Times and the Financial Times of London, visited 45+ countries and given more than 2,000+ media interviews.

So, what did he learn that generated these outcomes? Frankly, he never gave this much thought before. But thanks to Mark, he’s spent more than a few sleepless nights trying to describe what he learned along the way.

Join us for a look inside Peter’s head (if you dare). Join Peter as he reflects on a career that has spanned continents and made a profound impact. This is most assuredly a webinar you won’t want to miss.
