A simple, honest and immediate answer is “Yes! Management is about manipulating people to get the results we want.”
If that answer raises hairs on the back of your neck, it’s because ‘being manipulated’ carries with it a lot of negative baggage.
That’s what this webinar will explore. What is the difference between ‘a good manager’ and ‘an evil manipulator’?

Are they manipulating you when they get you to work harder without compensation? What’s the difference? Is there one?
