Next Webinar: Breaking Down the Fourth Wall

This is the second part of a trilogy of webinars on what we’ve learned along the way from a combined 70+ years as professional speakers (a number that frightens both of us somewhat). Think of this as a masterclass in presentation development and delivery.

Building a presentation is an act of love. Building a presentation is also a process of discipline. Delivering that presentation is an art of balancing preparation, intuition and jumping off the edge, trusting that you will find a safe landing. All of these statements are true. Navigating this truth is hard.

Developing and delivering presentations is part science, part art and a lot of intuition (which spans both). Some can be painstakingly difficult to build. Others flow with remarkable ease. In either instance, the audience should experience flow: following, comprehending and gaining appreciable insight and inspiration along the way.

In this presentation, Mark breaks down the fourth wall and invites you into his presentation development process. You’ll learn what he does and why he does it. You’ll be exposed to the structures that he is confident in, and the circumstances where hope and inspiration come together with aspirations for a positive outcome. You’ll also get insight into where doubt and uncertainty coalesce into “I hope this works; let’s see what happens!”

For anyone who has struggled to plan a presentation, prepare it, deliver it well and manage the resulting feedback, this is a webinar you will want to check out. As can reasonably be expected, Mark takes a slightly different approach than Peter, but they are bound to land on some interesting intersections and intriguing insights once we get to part three.

As always, spread the word to those who might be interested in this webinar. You’re welcome to point entire associations, companies and small countries to these links. You would be doing us a favour if you did pass this on.

This webinar series is a de Jager & Co Limited (www.technobility.com) and Interthink Consulting (www.interthink.ca) production.
