Hello!
I’m Mark Mullaly. I’m a management consultant, facilitator, educator, researcher and writer. While I dabble broadly, my work principally focusses on crafting relevant strategy, delivering complex projects, solving uncertain problems and building solutions that fit.
I write a popular weekly newsletter (that includes resources you won’t find on this site). I co-host the Technobility webinar series, and deliver about five webinars a year on the site. I write for projectmanagement.com every month and deliver a monthly webinar there as well. I also write a monthly column for Municipal World. There are links to most of what I’ve written here.
My passion is helping people to engage with their inner strategic leaders, and take meaningful action to build and deliver results that work. I taught an advanced project management curriculum for more than 20 years. I lectured a fourth-year capstone project management course for the University of Alberta for a decade. I wrote the book on agency (but please don’t buy it; it’s ridiculously expensive). Lately I’ve been channelling those insights into the creation of Strategy Making, a workshop for creating personal strategic focus.
If you are interested in hiring me as a keynote speaker or workshop leader, you can find more information here. You can also hire my brain for more focused discussions, to help solve specific problems or to tackle priority strategic projects.
If you’d like a really short (or really formal) bio, you can find that here.
